Sant Pere de Ribes Sí
About us
Discover Sant Pere de Ribes. Learn its history. Live its essence.
Sant Pere de Ribes Sí is an independent online platform offering information about Sant Pere de Ribes —Ribes, Les Roquetes and its residential areas—: its historic and cultural heritage, its natural surroundings, its food, its shops, businesses, professionals and services, and what is going on.
The project aims to bring together useful, well-organised and accessible information in one place, both for people who live here and for those who visit.
What you will find on Sant Pere de Ribes Sí
The platform offers information on:
- What to see, historic heritage and nature, from Ribes Castle to the Garraf Natural Park.
- The history and curiosities of the municipality.
- Restaurants, food and leisure.
- Accommodation and country houses.
- Shops, businesses and professionals.
- Health, education, sport and council services.
- Transport, getting around and practical information.
- Cultural events, festivals and local associations.
Our commitment
Sant Pere de Ribes Sí aims to provide accurate, clear and up-to-date information, making it easy to reach official sources and the contact details of the businesses and services it lists.
The content is reviewed and expanded over time. A business appearing in the directory does not necessarily mean it has a commercial relationship with the project.
About the creator
Sant Pere de Ribes Sí was created and developed, and is run, by Alejandro Rosás Navarro, a specialist in Family and Community Medicine with more than thirty years’ experience in primary care in Catalonia.
A resident of Sant Pere de Ribes, he knows the municipality, its villages and its people first-hand. That everyday life gave him the idea of building an online platform to help share its cultural, historic, natural and commercial richness.
He also created Sitges.si, the sister guide to Sitges, and has developed classicalarchive.org, a digital archive on the history of classical music, and farmacos.ai, a Spanish-language platform that explains medicines and treatments in plain words, based on official sources.
An independent project
Sant Pere de Ribes Sí is a private, independent initiative with no institutional link to Sant Pere de Ribes Town Council or to the official tourism promotion bodies. For official information, visit santperederibes.cat.
